Boot Camp

FOF Boot Camp is our flagship program.  The FOF Boot Camp program is best described as variation training because each workout is different, and we utilize a variety of equipment, workout styles, and conditioning in our workouts.  We began our first Fixed on Fitness class at Bayview Park in January 2008.  Since then, the FOF Boot Camp program has expanded to four locations.  While each workout is challenging, the atmosphere is incredibly motivating and encouraging.

At FOF, we focus on all pillars of health and wellness.  We combine metabolic conditioning (MET CON), aerobic training, anaerobic training, and mobility into our workouts.  We use equipment such as kettlebells, free weights, pull up bars, row bars, tires, bands, jump ropes, and good old fashioned body weight.  The workouts are programmed quarterly and fine tuned weekly (and often daily) by our certified personal trainers in order to fit the needs of our clients.

FOF Boot Camp is for all fitness levels.  We believe in a You vs. You mentality.  This means that you are not competing against anyone other than yourself in each and every workout.  If you look around any of the FOF Boot Camp time slots, you will see people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities working out together.  Each workout is led by one of our certified personal trainers, and all workouts can be modified to fit a wide range of fitness levels.  We have one lead trainer at each FOF Boot Camp location, so the trainer has the ability to get to know each client individually.  This creates a personalized environment within the group atmosphere.
