Youth barbell camp

Ready to improve your barbell skills this summer?

Join our barbell coach, Nick Presley, for a 3-week barbell camp {8 sessions} designed specifically for youth athletes.  Camps are co-ed.  The Youth Barbell Camps are limited to 10 athletes. 

High School Camp {incoming 10th – 12th Graders}

  •  Intro Session: Sunday, 6/6/21
  • Coaching Sessions: T+Th, 6/8 – 6/24 from 7-8 pm
  • Final Lifting Session: Sunday, 6/27/21
  • Fundamental Movements: Deadlift, Squat, Clean & Jerk, Barbell Snatch
  • Location: Fixed on Fitness Training Center
  • Cost: $275

Middle School Camp {incoming 7th – 9th Graders}

  •  Intro Session: Sunday, 7/11/21
  • Coaching Sessions: T+Th, 7/13 – 7/29 from 7-8 pm
  • Final Lifting Session: Sunday, 8/1/21
  • Fundamental Movements: Deadlift, Squat, Clean & Jerk
  • Location: Fixed on Fitness Training Center
  • Cost: $275

CONDITIONING + CORE

Join FOF Trainer, Kayla Hamel, for a 6-week summer conditioning and core camp.  Combining endurance, sprints, a variety of cardio, and core work, this camp is sure to challenge you and help you build that aerobic engine.  This camp is designed to be used by the active athlete in addition to traditional programming, but it’s also a great option for beginners as a stand alone program.

Looking to build strength and challenge yourself with kettlebells, tempo work, and new movements?  Join FOF owner, Kenzie Presnell, for this 4-week clinic.  Based on the Functional Bodybuilding Programming by Marcus Filly, this program will challenge you by adding new workout styles and skills, increase your strength through unilateral movements, and focus heavily on movements such as the squat, strict press, and deadlift.
