Since 2009, Shana has worked as an Elementary teacher for Escambia County School District. In 2015, Shana became a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
Since starting her journey with Fixed on Fitness, Shana has completed a variety of races. Some of these races include a 50K trail run, multiple half marathons, Tough Mudder, Super Spartan, obstacle races, and numerous local 5K, 10K, and 15K races.
When Shana isn’t teaching or running FOF classes, she enjoys spending time with her family.
