You will need a weight for today's workout. If you don't have a weight, feel free to substitute body weight exercises for the weighted exercises. You will want to complete this workout as fast as possible with good form.

- 15 Rows / arm
- 20 Chest Presses with Flutter Kick
- 25 Leg Lifts
- 30 High Knees (2 count)

When you're done, you've gotten in a hard mile as well as plenty of weighted work.
