A very simple and basic workout is all you need sometimes to get the job done.  Today's workout is just about as basic as it gets.  We are taking push ups, supermans, and squats, and we are going to make you sweat in just 20ish minutes.

Keep It Simple

Here we go.  Don't worry...you don't need any equipment, and you can do this workout in a minimal amount of space.  This is a great workout to keep on file for a time when you are traveling and the only space you have is your hotel room or the hotel gym.  It can also easily be done in your living room or garage while you kids are napping.

Structure - Start with a one mile jog.  Note, it's a jog, not a hard run.  Then...

*Move through this circuit as fast as possible with good form*

  • 5 Push ups
  • 10 Supermans
  • 15 Squats
  • x20

Get It Going

No excuses.  Get it done.  You can do this.  It's short, and you don't have the excuse of not having the right equipment or space.
