We designed the FOF Training Center schedule with you in mind. Whether you have 30 minutes or an hour, we have a class that will meet your needs. Can’t make a class? That’s okay. We’ve got a separate open gym area where you can complete the programmed class workout, your own workout, mobility or tissue therapy work, or utilize the equipment for a recovery workout.

FOF Training Center Class Descriptions
FOF: This 60-minute workout is our flagship program that will improve your strength, conditioning, mobility, and physique. This group led class is challenging yet fun and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Accelerate: This 30-minute class delivers a burst of fast paced training. Utilizing your own body weight as well as a variety of equipment, Accelerate is a perfect option for those looking to get maximal results in minimal time.
Open Gym: The open gym area is accessible for those with an unlimited membership to the FOF Training Center. This area is perfect for those times when your schedule does not allow you to attend your regular class. Members can do their own workout or the programmed class workout. Each day, the FOF Workout, Accelerate Workout, and a Conditioning Workout are posted in the Open Gym area. In the Open Gym, members can also utilize a variety of tissue therapy and mobility tools.
